Tax Operations & Growth Assistant

Tax Curator is hiring a part-time Tax Operations & Growth Assistant to support the growth, organization, and client experience of our expanding tax business.
This is a dynamic role whose responsibilities will shift throughout the tax year. Before tax season, you will focus heavily on marketing support, lead generation, outreach, recruiting prospective tax-team members, partnerships, and building our client pipeline.
As tax season approaches, your responsibilities will shift toward managing leads through the pipeline, supporting client onboarding, maintaining CRM records, communicating next steps, following up for required information, and assisting with tax-season administrative operations.
With training and demonstrated accuracy, this role may also expand into tax data-entry and backend tax-support responsibilities.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and eventually take greater ownership of Tax Curator's day-to-day operations and client experience.
