We’re looking for an experienced Meta Ads Ad Lister to help us upload, schedule and manage advertisements for our e-commerce stores on a daily basis.

This is a straightforward operational role, but previous hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is an absolute requirement.

If you have never independently created, uploaded and published Meta Ads before, please do not apply.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will work from an organised Google Drive where everything you need is prepared for you.

Each day, you will check the relevant folders for that date and use the provided creatives, copy, links and instructions to set up the ads correctly in Meta Ads Manager.

Your responsibilities include:

• Checking the daily folders in Google Drive
• Uploading new ads into Meta Ads Manager
• Adding creatives to the correct campaigns and ad sets
• Using the provided copy, links and campaign information
• Scheduling or publishing ads for the required date
• Adding new creatives to existing campaigns when required
• Checking that the correct creative, copy, links and settings are being used
• Making sure everything is set up correctly and live before finishing

The workflow is structured and repetitive. Everything you need will already be organised in Google Drive.

We are looking for someone who can take this daily task completely off our hands and work independently without needing constant supervision.

Daily Workload

This is a recurring daily responsibility, not an occasional task.

You are expected to check Google Drive every working day, process everything scheduled for that date and make sure all required ads are correctly set up and published.

The exact number of ads can vary from day to day. Some days may involve launching new ads, while other days may also include adding new creatives to existing campaigns.

We therefore need someone who is reliable, consistent and able to complete the full daily workload without needing reminders.

Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is mandatory
• You must know how to independently create, upload and publish Meta Ads
• Experience working with campaigns, ad sets and ads
• Comfortable adding new creatives to existing campaigns
• Comfortable working from Google Drive folders and structured instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently
• Reliable and available to complete the work every working day
• Good English communication skills

You do not need to be a Meta Ads strategist or media buyer.

We already d ---------- what needs to be launched. Your responsibility is to take the information provided in Google Drive and make sure everything is correctly uploaded, configured and published inside Meta Ads Manager.

Important

This role is only suitable for someone who already knows their way around Meta Ads Manager.

We are not looking to train someone from scratch.

You should be able to open Google Drive, understand what needs to be launched that day and start working independently from day one.

Accuracy is very important. Small mistakes such as using the wrong creative, copy, link, campaign or settings can directly impact our advertising.
