AI UGC Video Creator — Strong Visual Eye Required

We produce TikTok and Instagram videos for consumer apps using AI creators and our internal UGC Studio.

We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for believable AI UGC. You should recognise when a video feels like a real creator recording themselves—and when the face, delivery, movement, or setting looks artificial.

We provide scripts, prompts, formats, examples, and training. Your job is to generate, select, and finish videos that meet our quality standards.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Generate AI creator videos using our internal tools.
• Compare generations and choose the strongest takes.
• Check faces, skin, hands, expressions, lip-sync, movement, lighting, and backgrounds.
• Regenerate weak clips rather than submitting obvious AI errors.
• Finish videos in CapCut, following our provided format.
• Submit completed videos for review and make requested revisions.
• Report tool issues through Telegram .

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A strong eye for natural, believable AI videos.
• Experience generating AI UGC or realistic talking-head videos.
• CapCut editing skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow references.
• A computer or laptop and reliable internet.
• Consistent daily availability and responsive communication.

PAID TRIAL AND COMPENSATION

• Two-week paid trial: 20 videos total, approximately 1–2 per day.
• $2 USD per approved video, including during the trial.
• $40 USD if all 20 trial videos are approved.
• Videos requiring changes can be revised and resubmitted.
• Successful candidates continue at $2 per approved video.
• Senior rate: $2.50 per approved video after 100 accepted videos and a 90% or higher approval rate without revisions.

Progression depends on quality, consistency, and reliability.

HOW WE WORK

• Training through Loom video walkthroughs.
• Fully remote and asynchronous.
• Daily communication through Telegram .
• Pay period runs Monday through Sunday.
• Approved videos are reviewed Sunday night, with payment through Wise the following Monday.

HOW TO APPLY

Start your application with “mango” and include:

1. Direct links to 2–3 AI UGC videos you created. Samples are required.
2. For each sample, explain what you personally generated or edited and which tools you used.
3. Choose your strongest sample. In 2–3 sentences, explain what makes it believable and one thing you would still improve.
4. Your daily availability and earliest start date.

Shortlisted applicants will review a small set of our AI-generated clips, choose the strongest and weakest, and explain their choices. Successful applicants will then move into the paid production trial.
