I'm a US based software engineer looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to find and apply to remote Java software engineering contract roles on my behalf. You'll be the core of my job search, targeting 100–125 quality applications per week.

This is not mass spamming. Every application must match my criteria and be accurate. Quality and consistency matter more than speed.

What you'll do

Search for 100% remote Java developer contract roles on the job boards I gave you. I will have the profiles already created, and give you my criteria
Screen every posting against my targeting sheet before applying (titles, tech stack, remote-only, contract type)
Submit applications using my resume versions and my prepared standard answers
Log every application in a shared Google Sheet tracker: date, company, role, link, resume version and status
Check the tracker before every submission so we never apply to the same role twice
Flag recruiter replies, interview requests and questions for me the same day. Notify me of any responses, and update the google sheet on this
Send a short end-of-day, end week, end of month summary: number of applications, notable roles, any issues

Target roles

Java Software Engineer, Java Developer, Backend Engineer (Java), Java Spring Boot Developer
Must be: 100% remote,
Skip: hybrid or on-site roles, security clearance required, or roles that are not Java.

Requirements

Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
Experience with job boards and online application systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever and similar)
Comfortable with Google Sheets
Reliable internet and a backup plan for power or internet outages
Consistent availability and clear communication. If you can't work a day, tell me in advance.
Fast communication

Preferred (strong plus)

Can apply to 600+ a month.
