Google Ads Setup & Verification Specialist

About the Role:

We need a reliable, detail-oriented person to create and verify Google Ads accounts daily. You will follow our step-by-step SOPs. No thinking, no strategy, no creativity — just follow the process exactly as instructed, every single time.

Daily Target: 10 to 20 Google Ads accounts created and taken through advertiser verification.

What You'll Do:

> Purchase/create Gmail accounts as instructed
> Set up new Google Ads accounts
> Fill in business details and billing information accurately
> Submit advertiser identity and business verification documents
> Follow up on verification status (approved, pending, rejected)
> Warm up accounts per our SOP
> Track all accounts in a shared spreadsheet with daily status updates

We Need Someone Who:

Has 6 months to 2 years of experience in Google Ads account setup, verification, or similar repetitive account registration work
Can follow instructions exactly without skipping steps
> Is comfortable doing the same process 10-20 times per day, every day
> Has strong attention to detail — one mistake can burn an account
> Has a computer with stable internet
> Can communicate in English (written)

Why 6 Months to 2 Years?

Less than 6 months — you likely don't understand the verification process, common rejections, or how to avoid basic mistakes
More than 2 years — you're probably a media buyer looking for campaign work, which this is not
