WAGE: US$1,386 / month ($8/h to start) with bonuses and salary increases based on growth
HOURS: Flexible, with 4 hours' overlap with US Eastern time (Atlanta) on weekdays

ABOUT US
We're a lactation practice of 16 providers serving families across metro Atlanta. Our IBCLCs (lactation consultants) help new parents through a critical time in early parenthood.
Our care is strong. What we don't have yet is one person who owns everything digital: the website, ads, content, tracking, and the systems that connect them. We're looking for that person.
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
Most marketing jobs give you one lane. This one covers the whole thing. You'll write the plan, build the pages, launch the ads, set up the tracking, and then show us in plain numbers which posts and campaigns turn into booked consults.
When something should be built rather than bought, you're free to build it. We want a partner who thinks ahead, tells us the truth, and gets things done. We don't want someone who waits for a task list.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
1. Strategy and advice
- Turn our business goals into a 90-day plan with a short list of priorities and clear KPIs
- Send a one-page monthly report: what worked, what didn't, and what's next
- Advise the owner honestly, including when an idea isn't worth doing yet
2. Website and landing pages
- Own the website: design, speed, mobile, accessibility, security, and uptime
- Build landing pages and booking funnels for each service and area we serve
- Work in real code (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) as well as in page builders and CMSs
- Keep patient information safe. Keep tracking pixels off pages where they shouldn't be, and use HIPAA-appropriate forms and tools
3. Tracking and attribution
- Map the full path for every lead: post → click → lead → qualified → booked → revenue
- Set up GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel / Conversions API, UTMs, call tracking, and CRM pipeline stages
- Build a dashboard the owner can read in two minutes
4. Search: Google, Maps, and AI answers
- Local SEO for every area we serve, plus Google Business Profiles, reviews, and citations
- Content that answers the real questions parents ask, with proper structured data (schema)
- Make sure we show up when parents ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or Google's AI Overviews
5. Paid ads
- Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ads, and Google Ads where they make sense
- Keep testing hooks, formats, and offers. Cut what doesn't work quickly and scale what does
6. Social and content
- Grow our Instagram and Facebook with steady, useful content
- Turn our providers' expertise into short videos, carousels, and posts
- Edit short-form video from provider footage and design on-brand graphics
- Keep the voice warm, calm, and parent-first
7. Automation and AI
- Use AI to speed up content and operations, with a human checking everything before it reaches a patient
MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of hands-on digital work that spans both web and marketing, with links to things you built yourself
- Able to build and fix websites, not only edit templates
- Have set up conversion tracking end to end and can explain it simply
- Have run Facebook /Instagram ads with real budgets
- Clear written English, and the patience to explain technical things to non-technical people
- Self-directed: you spot the problem, propose the fix, and ship it
- Reliable internet and backup power
NICE TO HAVE
- Healthcare, wellness, or service-business experience, and awareness of HIPAA
- Video editing and graphic design
- React/Next.js, Python, APIs, servers, and hosting
- ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or a similar CRM
- Local SEO across multiple areas or locations
- An IT or systems background (backups, access control, security)
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- First 30 days: everything is audited, tracking is fixed, and a clear 90-day plan is agreed.
- First 90 days: the attribution dashboard is live, every service has its own landing page, ads and organic content run on a weekly rhythm, the website is faster, and the Google profiles are cleaned up.
- 12 months: the owner knows where every booked consult came from, visibility in search and AI answers keeps rising, and marketing runs on systems rather than heroics.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Long-term, full-time, stable work
- Real ownership and room to build
- A budget for the right tools
- Meaningful work: every booking is a family getting help when they need it most
HOW TO APPLY (we read every application)
1. Subject line: "Atlanta Growth – [Your Name]"
2. Make the first word of your message "Latch" so we know you read to the end
3. Share links to 3 things you built yourself (a website, landing page, dashboard, automation, or video) and describe your role in each
4. Confirm you can align on $8/hour to start, that you're available full-time (40 hrs/week), and let us know your earliest possible start date
We won't review applications that have no links to real work.
