Who I am, and what this is
I’m Robert Gene, founder of the Skills to Change Institute and creator of eutaptics® and FasterEFT™ methods. For more than thirty years, I have used this method to help people address a wide range of long-standing problems, including addictions, relationship difficulties, emotional distress, pain, sleep problems, food and chemical intolerances, money-related patterns, limiting beliefs, and a lot more.
About the Role
I am looking for an experienced YouTube Content Specialist to help transform an established YouTube channel with 2,600+ existing videos into a well-structured, optimized platform that reaches new audiences and generates new customers. The channel focuses on the personal transformation methods eutaptics® and FasterEFT™ and contains a large library of educational and training content.
I'm looking for someone who understands YouTube growth, analytics, content optimization, and video repurposing.
What You'll Do
- Learn the Method: Complete paid training and selected Skills to Change courses to understand the method, terminology, audience, and my communication style.
- Weekly Content Production: Use Robert’s ongoing live calls and Q&As as source material to create 1 strong long-form YouTube video per week from a selected question-and-answer segment, and repurpose it into 2–3 engaging YouTube Shorts
- Audit & Strategy: Analyze the channel and YouTube Analytics to identify what works, uncover high-potential content, and prioritize which videos to optimize first.
- Optimize Existing Content: Improve titles, descriptions, thumbnails, chapters, playlists, end screens, internal linking, and calls to action based on search intent and performance data.
- Create Shorts & Reels: Find strong hooks and moments within existing long-form videos and turn them into engaging short-form content, ideally using OpusClip. Content may also be repurposed for Instagram, Facebook , TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Visual Design: Create effective YouTube thumbnails and simple on-brand graphics using Canva or similar tools.
- Track & Improve: Monitor CTR, retention, watch time, search performance, traffic sources, and subscriber growth, and continuously improve the strategy based on results.
- Drive Growth & Conversion: Help turn viewers into followers and customers by creating effective content journeys: Short → Long-form Video → Related Content → Website / Training / Program.
Who I'm Looking For
Someone who is experienced, organized, reliable, accountable, and able to work independently. You should be genuinely curious about personal development and human behavior and willing to understand the work behind the content. I am looking for someone interested in a long-term collaboration.
