Remote Full-Time Bookkeeper | QuickBooks Online

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing remote team on a full-time, long-term basis.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, understands U.S. bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals, and can work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain accurate transactions in QuickBooks Online
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including fixed assets, prepaid expenses, loans, and other accounts
• Prepare and record journal entries
• Review financial records and resolve discrepancies
• Manage multiple books while meeting deadlines

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks Online
• Strong understanding of U.S. bookkeeping and accounting
• Experience with bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Experience preparing journal entries for payroll and revenue from platforms like Stripe, Shopify, and Toast
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup
• Able to work 40 hours per week on a consistent schedule

Schedule:
8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST / 9:00 PM–6:00 AM Philippine Time
