DM Appointment Setter – Online Fitness Coaching | UpOne Coaching

Hi, I’m Kian, owner of UpOne Coaching.

We’re looking for a DM appointment setter to support my partner Sarah’s fitness coaching account.

Sarah has gained 15,000 followers in the past six weeks through organic content. You’ll be her first setter, supported by our existing team, systems and appointment-setting framework.

UpOne Coaching has a combined audience of over 500,000 across our platforms.

YOUR ROLE

• Start and manage DM conversations with potential clients.
• Understand their fitness goals and whether our coaching is a suitable fit.
• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Book qualified calls with our team.
• Keep conversation and appointment records organised using our existing systems.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong written English and natural conversational skills.
• Consistent follow-through and attention to detail.
• A coachable attitude and willingness to apply feedback.
• Someone who takes ownership and wants to grow with the team.
