We are a small international marketing and branding agency working with multiple brands and industries.

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Growth & AI Marketing Specialist who understands modern marketing, social media growth, lead generation, outreach, performance marketing and AI tools.

You should be comfortable managing multiple brands at the same time and adapting your approach to different audiences, industries and goals.

You must also be able to work with regular overlapping hours with European working hours for communication, coordination and team collaboration.

What You Will Work On

• Social media growth across Instagram, Facebook , LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube

• Content strategies, hooks and short-form content

• Reels and video editing

• Social media graphics and carousels

• AI-generated images and videos

• Audience and competitor research

• Lead scraping, lead research and prospect list building

• Cold email and LinkedIn outreach

• AI-assisted outreach and personalisation

• Performance marketing and paid campaigns

• Testing creatives, messaging and audiences

• Marketing automation and AI workflows

• Reporting and analysing what works

• AI & Modern Marketing

• AI should already be part of how you work.

Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva, CapCut, Runway, Kling, Veo, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator or similar tools is valuable.

We want someone who constantly thinks about how AI can help us work faster, smarter and at scale without sacrificing quality.

• Video editing

• Graphic design

• Copywriting

You do not need to be an expert in everything!

What matters is that you are hands-on, curious, creative, organised, reliable and able to learn quickly.

A strong understanding of target audiences and how to create content and campaigns that attract their attention is especially important.

Availability: Regular overlap with European working hours required

Compensation: Up to USD 500 per month
