Real Estate Phone Specialist – Excellent Spoken English Required (Part-Time, $7/hr + Bonuses)

About us

We are a small, locally owned real estate company in Oklahoma, USA. We are not a call center. You will work directly with the owners as part of a small team, and you will be known by name and treated as a real team member.

The role

This is a phone role, and you will be the voice of our company. Your job is to make outbound calls to:

• Buyers: Call investors and potential buyers to tell them about our available properties and find out what they are looking for.
• Sellers (acquisitions): Call homeowners to see if they are interested in selling, have a friendly conversation, and gather basic details about the property.

You will also log notes from each call in our CRM and pass interested leads to the owners.

What matters most: your spoken English

This is our top priority. Most applicants will not qualify on this point, so please be honest with yourself before applying.

• Your spoken English must be excellent: fluent, clear, and natural.
• You need a neutral, American-sounding accent that US homeowners and investors understand easily on the first try.
• You must be comfortable in unscripted conversation, not only reading a script.
• You should sound warm, confident, and professional on the phone.

Other requirements

• Previous outbound calling experience (real estate experience is a plus, but not required)
• A quiet, dedicated workspace with no background noise
• A reliable computer and a noise-canceling headset
• Fast, stable internet, with a backup connection preferred
• Available during US Central Time business hours
• Reliable, honest, and comfortable hearing "no" on the phone

Pay and hours

• $7 USD per hour to start
• Bonuses for closed deals
• Part-time to start: 20 hours per week
• Opportunity to move to full-time for the right person
