Social Media & Content Producer (YouTube + Podcast) - for Health/Wellness Content Creator

Our talent management company is hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a respectable physician and content creator in the fertility, longevity, and women's health space, for a Content Producer to own the end-to-end production of her YouTube channel and podcast.

This isn't just an editing role. We're looking for someone who understands storytelling, audience growth, YouTube strategy, podcast production, and social media distribution.

Note: Initial interviews will be conducted by the talent management team. Shortlisted finalists will then meet directly with the content creator.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the YouTube and podcast production calendar
• Brainstorm episode concepts and guest ideas
• Research trending topics in fertility, longevity, women's health, entrepreneurship, and wellness
• Coordinate guest outreach and scheduling
• Create interview outlines and briefing documents
• Edit long-form YouTube videos and podcast episodes
• Produce short-form clips for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
• Design thumbnails and titles that maximize click-through rate
• Write YouTube descriptions, show notes, timestamps, and SEO-friendly titles
• Upload and optimize episodes across YouTube and podcast platforms
• Monitor analytics and recommend growth strategies
• Repurpose every episode into multiple pieces of content
• Maintain a consistent publishing schedule

Qualifications

• Experience growing YouTube channels and/or podcasts
• Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• Experience with YouTube SEO
• Excellent storytelling ability
• Strong writing skills
• Highly organized, self-starter who takes ownership
• Excellent communication - responsive, proactive, and easy to reach
• Available and flexible with working hours to accommodate scheduling needs
• Comfortable working with physician and healthcare content
• Experience in health, wellness, entrepreneurship, or media is a plus
