Part-Time Google Ads and SEO Specialist — Remote, Philippines

Sonoran Sunrise Therapy is a growing mental health practice serving clients in Arizona and Colorado. We’re seeking an experienced Google Ads specialist based in the Philippines to help us increase appointment bookings.

Our Google Ads campaigns have been established for a couple of months and are already generating results. We’re looking for someone who can build on what’s working, improve lead quality, and turn more inquiries into booked appointments.

Schedule: Approximately 3–5 hours per week for ongoing Google Ads management, SEO and Meta advertising work.
Location: Remote, Philippines

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize our existing Google Ads campaigns.
• Review search terms, keywords, negative keywords, ad copy, targeting, and budgets.
• Verify that calls, form submissions, and appointment bookings are tracked accurately.
• Identify opportunities to improve the path from ad click to booked appointment.
• Provide a brief weekly update on results, changes made, and recommended next steps.
• Support SEO improvements and Meta campaigns on Facebook and Instagram as agreed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Google Search campaigns for U.S. service businesses.
• Experience with Google Ads, GA4, and conversion tracking.
• Demonstrated success increasing qualified leads and appointment bookings.
• Clear written English and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with advertising policies relevant to mental health services.

Preferred experience

• 3 or more years of experience managing Google Ads or similar paid search campaigns.
• SEO experience, particularly local SEO for service businesses.
• Meta Ads experience, including creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
• Experience marketing healthcare or other appointment-based services.
