Virtual Assistant — Circle Community + Online Business Support

I’m looking for an experienced, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join my small online business and help support our growing membership community on Circle.

I've worked with VAs before, and they love me and I love them! :) I’m looking for someone SMART, FAST, reliable, patient and genuinely interested in becoming a trusted part of the team.

You MUST have experience working with Circle communities (Circle.so).

What You'll Help Own

• Managing and organizing our Circle community, including onboarding new members and creating workflows
• Creating events, posting content and uploading webinar/coaching replays
• Creating and scheduling our weekly Squarespace newsletter
• Responding to community-related email s and troubleshooting basic member/tech issues
• Creating landing pages and event/launch marketing and paywalls
• Sending private-session recordings and summaries to clients via email and Hightail
• Staying on top of recurring tasks, deadlines and details without needing constant reminders

I'm Looking for Someone Who Is:

• VERY comfortable with technology and a quick learner
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent with time management and deadlines
• Resourceful — if you don't know how to do something, your instinct is to figure it out
• Honest, dependable and proactive and patient
• Interested in a long-term position

Experience with Circle is required. Experience with Squarespace, Zoom, Hightail, and similar online tools is necessary.
