Phone Sales Support--Great English a must!

Do you love talking to people?
I might have just the job for you!

We have a small business which conducts "inbound" sales. (In other words, we are not telemarketers or a call center. People reach out to us to buy what we are selling, and I need someone to help with those calls.)

The ideal candidate for this job has the following skills and strengths:
1. Must possess a neutral North American accent with exceptional phonetic clarity (a C1 or C2 CEFR proficiency level in spoken and written English)
2. A pleasant, energetic and outgoing personality
3. The ability to take notes on a computer while engaging in a conversation.
4. Good at following directions, detail oriented and organized
5. Self starter, and can work independently
6. Experience with CRM (but not a deal breaker, as I can train)
7. Coachable and open to feedback
8. A good communicator

This job will take roughly 4-6 hours/day (with the opportunity to expand if desired), 5 days a week. We are flexible on these hours, as long as they take place during the US hours of 9am-7pm Central Time. In the job description it only lets me put one number for desired number of hours per week, but it's 20-30.
