About the Role

Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist (Remote)

ABOUT US
Price Real Estate Investments is a U.S.-based real estate investment company purchasing properties directly from homeowners across multiple markets. Our team works remotely to build relationships with sellers, evaluate opportunities, negotiate purchases, and move deals toward closing.

We’re hiring an experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist who can confidently speak with homeowners, present offers, handle objections, and guide sellers toward signed purchase agreements.

This is a hands-on phone sales position. We’re looking for someone who can negotiate and close, but also stays organized, documents information accurately, follows through, and takes ownership of their work.

COMPENSATION
$10 USD per hour base pay, paid on the 1st and 15th of each month.

Monthly Contract Bonuses:

  • Bronze: 2 qualified signed contracts = $500 bonus
  • Silver: 3 qualified signed contracts = $1,500 bonus
  • Gold: 4 qualified signed contracts = $2,000 bonus
  • Platinum: 5 qualified signed contracts = $2,500 bonus

For each qualified contract above five in the same month, you may earn an additional $500, subject to ownership approval.
You receive the bonus for the tier you reach, not the sum of all tiers. Contracts count toward the month in which they are fully signed by the seller and approved by ownership as qualified and realistic. Ownership determines contract qualification and agent credit.

Quarterly Consistency Bonus:
Earn an additional $2,000 by securing at least three qualified signed contracts in each month of a calendar quarter. This rewards consistent monthly production, not just the total number of contracts across the quarter.
Quarterly bonuses are reviewed after the quarter ends and paid on the next regular payroll after ownership approval.

SCHEDULE
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM U.S. Central Time, following U.S. daylight saving changes.
This is a fully remote position requiring reliable availability, a quiet workspace, and a dependable computer and internet setup.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Speak directly with homeowners. Build rapport and gather accurate information about property condition, motivation, timeline, occupancy, ownership, and price expectations.
  • Evaluate opportunities and present offers. Review comparable properties, help evaluate pricing, and present offers approved by our acquisitions department.
  • Negotiate and close. Handle objections, negotiate within approved amounts and terms, and guide sellers toward signed purchase agreements using DocuSign.
  • Stay on top of follow-up. Work new leads, scheduled callbacks, pending offers, and ongoing seller follow-up according to team priorities.
  • Keep FreedomSoft accurate. Maintain clear notes, correct contact information, current statuses, and specific next steps. Document what sellers actually say rather than making assumptions.
  • Work closely with our team lead. Participate in coaching and call reviews, apply feedback, and communicate problems early.

TRAINING AND ONGOING INTAKE RESPONSIBILITIES
Initial training typically takes approximately three to four weeks, depending on progress. It includes reviewing SOPs, shadowing a senior team member, practicing calls, learning our CRM, and receiving feedback.
After training, you will handle seller intake and lead processing while management evaluates your readiness to make offers independently. Approval depends on call handling, accuracy, follow-through, consistency, and response to coaching, not simply time in the role.

Seller intake and lead processing remain regular responsibilities after you begin making offers. This is not a closer-only position. Your assignments will vary based on lead volume, pending offers, and team priorities.

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
Sales ability: You can listen, uncover the real objection, communicate the value of our offer, and ask for a decision without sounding aggressive or robotic.
Ownership and reliability: You complete assigned work, keep commitments, and communicate when you are behind or need help. You do not quietly skip required work to catch up.
Attention to detail: You clarify conflicting information, preserve important details, and keep CRM records accurate so the next person can trust your notes.
Coachability: You bring your experience while remaining willing to learn our process, follow approved scripts and rebuttals naturally, and apply feedback.
Consistent follow-up: You stay professional and persistent through our approved calling, texting, and follow-up process, including when results are slow.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least two years of experience in real estate acquisitions or seller negotiations.
  • Experience personally presenting offers, handling objections, and moving sellers toward signed purchase agreements. Be prepared to explain your own results and what other team members handled.
  • Strong spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and naturally with U.S. homeowners.
  • Familiarity with comparable sales, ARV, repair considerations, and purchase agreements.
  • Comfort using CRMs and outbound dialers. FreedomSoft experience is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to make 100 or more outbound calls per day when assigned to intake or outbound calling, while meeting the expectations for your assigned work.
  • A reliable computer, high-speed internet, quality headset, quiet workspace, and a practical backup plan for internet or power interruptions.

WHY JOIN US?
You’ll have clear processes, training, coaching, and performance-based earning opportunities with a remote real estate investment team.
We’re looking for a long-term team member who wants to improve, contribute consistently, and turn seller conversations into qualified signed contracts.
