About the Role

Middle America Homes / MAH Group | Remote
Hours: 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time
Pay: $6–$8 per hour, based on experience, paid weekly, plus uncapped commission
Location preference: Applicants based on Luzon, Philippines

The opportunity
Our acquisitions team currently handles about 20 properties per month. We have one acquisitions team member and an established Philippines-based team. Inside sales associates qualify sellers and schedule calls on your calendar, so you can focus on acquisitions conversations rather than prospecting.

We expect you to build toward at least $2,000 in monthly commissions within your first 60 days, when we'll assess your fit for the role. After training, the goal is to grow toward $7,000 or more in monthly commissions. Commissions build as your pipeline develops and deals close; earnings are not guaranteed.

What you'll do
Discovery calls: Understand the seller's situation, property, price expectations, and timeline.
Offer calls: Discuss proposed price and terms, then coordinate internal review.
Follow-up calls: Answer questions and keep opportunities moving at the seller's pace.
Agreement calls: Review approved agreements and guide sellers through signing.
Keep accurate records in Follow Up Boss and ClickUp, and hand signed agreements to the transaction team.

Support, goals, and growth
You'll receive daily sales training when you start and ongoing coaching. The whole team meets at noon Eastern each workday, and we hold a monthly town hall with games over Zoom.

You'll have daily goals for discovery calls, offers, seller conversations, and total talk time. Hitting the agreed combination counts as a “win the day.” These activity measures help you see whether you're doing the work that supports your results.

Every 30 days, you'll meet one-on-one with your manager to review progress and set personal goals, such as earning more or improving a sales skill. We'll coach you toward those goals and revisit them at the next review. These personal goals are separate from the minimum commission standard above.

The growth path is Acquisition Associate → Acquisition Specialist → Acquisition Manager, with higher commission rates and increased responsibility as you advance. Health insurance is provided after six months of employment.

Who we're looking for
Experience in real estate acquisitions for a wholesaling or house-flipping company is preferred, especially if you've personally secured signed purchase agreements. Prior acquisitions training and familiarity with Jeremy Miner's NEPQ approach are pluses.

Excellent spoken and written English is required. You should be comfortable leading nuanced conversations with U.S. homeowners and documenting details clearly. We value honesty, integrity, drive, coachability, and willingness to own mistakes. Our approach puts sellers first and avoids high-pressure tactics.
