Shopify Customer Support VA – Part-Time, Long-Term

We are an e-commerce company building and scaling brands in the Nordic market, and we are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help us with customer support.

Your main responsibility will be handling customer support email s for our Shopify stores.

What you’ll be doing:

• Responding to customer email s
• Looking up and managing orders in Shopify
• Checking order and shipping information
• Processing refunds when appropriate
• Following our customer support SOPs and templates
• Escalating unusual situations when needed
• Using AI tools to help create high-quality customer responses

We will provide clear instructions and SOPs for how we want customer situations handled, so you will not be expected to figure everything out yourself.

Who we’re looking for:

• Previous experience with Shopify customer support
• Preferably experience working with dropshipping/e-commerce stores
• Comfortable navigating Shopify Admin, looking up orders and processing refunds
• Strong written English
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and consistent
• Able to follow instructions and SOPs carefully
• Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities over time

This is a long-term position.

You will start part-time at approximately 4 hours per day, with the opportunity to move into a full-time 8-hour/day role as the business and workload grow.

Working hours will ideally be approximately 12:00–16:00 Sweden time, but there is some flexibility.

Pay: Approximately $5 USD/hour

We are looking for someone who wants a stable, long-term role and can grow with the company.
