About Us

Aura House Club is a premium podcast and production studio in Los Angeles. We work with creators, brands, and businesses to produce polished, professional podcast content, and we're growing our post-production team.

The Role

We're looking for a skilled video and audio editor to take our podcast episodes from raw footage to finished, publish-ready content. You'll handle full episode edits along with short-form social clips designed to perform on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

What You'll Do

• Edit full-length podcast episodes for both video and audio
• Clean up audio: leveling, noise reduction, EQ, and removing filler and dead air
• Perform multi-camera switching, color correction, and basic graphics/lower thirds
• Cut 5 social media clips per episode, formatted for vertical platforms, with captions
• Deliver on consistent, agreed-upon turnaround times
• Take feedback and revisions in stride

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience editing podcasts or long-form talking-head content (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro, plus an audio tool such as Adobe Audition or Logic Pro
• Strong sense of pacing and what makes a clip engaging on social
• Reliable communication and the ability to manage deadlines independently
• Flexibility on rate as we build this partnership together

Compensation

• $600/month for an initial 3-month period
• Increases to $1,000/month after a successful 3-month review
• Ongoing, recurring work with room to grow alongside the studio
