Creator Operations VA: cross-post reels (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook), Substack scheduling, affiliate links

I'm a family travel creator (83K on Instagram, 1. ---------- monthly views on Facebook ) based in Vietnam, with four kids and 50+ countries behind us. I make the videos. I need someone reliable to do everything after that. This starts part-time (10-15 hours a week) and can become full-time if you're good; I'd rather grow one great person than hire three.

WHAT YOU'LL DO EACH WEEK

• Repost each new Instagram reel natively to TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook : clean exported files (no watermarks), platform-specific captions and hashtags, scheduled at best times for a US audience. About 4-6 reels a week.
• Schedule three Substack newsletter posts a week from drafts I give you, with images and links placed.
• Insert and verify affiliate links (Amazon SiteStripe / Influencer storefront, ---------- , Klook) in Substack posts and link pages, and keep a link sheet current.
• Update my Amazon Idea Lists when I add products.
• Log views, followers and earnings per platform in a simple monthly sheet.
• Flag comments and DMs that need my reply.

YOU HAVE

• 1+ year posting for a creator or brand on TikTok and YouTube Shorts (please link one account you've posted for).
• Substack or newsletter scheduling experience.
• You understand why a watermarked re-upload is a problem for monetization.
• Reliable, organized, comfortable working async. I'm in Vietnam (same time zone as Manila), my audience is US.
• Bonus: ManyChat, Metricool or ---------- , basic Canva.

HOW WE'LL WORK

• Weekly check-in, shared Google Drive folder of exports, a simple Notion or Sheets tracker.
• Paid 2-week trial at the agreed rate, then ongoing. Paid twice a month.
