Short-form Video Editor for family travel creator (3-5 reels a week, paid per reel)

I'm a family travel creator ---------- 83K on Instagram, 1. ---------- monthly views on Facebook ), based in Vietnam with four kids and 50+ countries behind us. I shoot everything on my phone and edit most of it myself. I want an editor for 3-5 reels a week, the ones that deserve a better edit than I have time for.

THE JOB

• I send raw phone footage (usually 1-5 clips), a rough caption and the hook I want. You send back a finished 9:16 reel: tight cuts, hook in the first second, captions synced to speech in my style, sound design, music placed for the platform, exported clean (no watermark) in 1080x1920.
• Turnaround: 24 hours. One round of small revisions included.
• Style: real, funny, fast. Not cinematic, not templated. Watch the pinned reels ---------- on Instagram before applying; that's the bar.
• Paid per reel, not per hour, so I care about your taste and speed, not your time sheet.

YOU HAVE

• A portfolio of short-form edits (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) for creators or brands, ideally travel, family or lifestyle.
• CapCut or Premiere, and you know how to keep captions readable on a phone.
• Comfortable working async. I'm in Vietnam (same time zone as Manila).

HOW WE'LL HIRE

• Shortlisted editors get the same raw clip and a paid test edit ($20 for a 30-second reel). Whoever's edit I'd post without changes gets the ongoing work.
• Paid twice a month via Wise or PayPal.
