E-commerce Supply Chain Specialist | Shopify & ParcelPanel

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Supply Chain Specialist to join our team and manage fulfillment and supply chain operations across multiple Shopify stores.

IMPORTANT: You must have previous e-commerce Supply Chain/Fulfillment experience and familiarity with ParcelPanel.

Responsibilities
Monitor Shopify orders and unfulfilled orders daily
Monitor shipment and tracking statuses through ParcelPanel
Identify Pending, Info Received, In Transit, Ready for Pickup, and delayed orders that require action
Follow up with suppliers regarding unfulfilled, pending, and delayed orders
Coordinate with suppliers to expedite orders when necessary
Handle OOS products, address issues, split shipments, tracking issues, customs concerns, and other fulfillment-related cases
Communicate directly with suppliers and proactively request updates
Maintain and update Supply Chain tracking sheets
Follow up on open cases until there is a clear resolution or next action
Coordinate with Customer Service, Product Listing, and Resolution teams
Identify potential fulfillment issues before they turn into customer complaints, refunds, or disputes
Escalate urgent and recurring supplier issues
Properly document cases and provide clear shift handovers
Follow established SOPs and instructions consistently
Requirements
Previous experience in e-commerce Supply Chain / Fulfillment is required
Familiarity with ParcelPanel is required
Hands-on Shopify experience
Experience communicating and following up directly with suppliers
Understanding of order fulfillment and international shipment tracking
Experience using Slack and Google Sheets
Good written English
Strong attention to detail and organization
Able to manage multiple stores and orders simultaneously
Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of unresolved cases

We are specifically looking for someone who doesn't just wait for instructions. If you notice an order isn't moving, we expect you to investigate, communicate with the supplier, document the issue, and proactively follow up until there is a clear resolution.
