Guys, we f*cked up.
Confidential employer
We grew faster than our creative team could keep up.
We're an 8-figure brand, the ads are working, and now we need more of them than our team can make. So we're hiring a Graphic Designer.
But this isn't just another design job.
At most places, you get a brief, design the ad, and send it off. And then nothing.
You never see the numbers. Nobody tells you why one static printed for months while another died on day two. You're good, but nobody around you is making you better.
Here, that changes.
Who we are
We're an 8-figure brand scaling fast. We run static ads, carousels, comparison charts, before and afters, listicles, and more. We've tested it all with real spend and we know what converts.
We're not looking for someone who just makes things look nice. We're looking for someone who wants to become one of the best creatives in performance advertising.
What you get here
→ Work directly with our creative strategist. No layers of managers
→ Weekly sessions in the ad account: what won, what died, and why
→ Learn the strategy behind the ads, not just the design. What takes most designers years, you'll pick up in months
→ Room to grow. Start as a designer, take on more strategy, and your pay grows with it
Who this is for
→ You've designed ads for other DTC brands. This is a must
→ You know the difference between a pretty static and one that sells
→ You're always asking "why did that one work?"
The details
→ $ ---------- /month base, depending on experience
→ Full time, remote, tracked 8 hours/day
This isn't for everyone
If you need every element spelled out, or you judge ads by how they look instead of what they did, this won't fit.
But if you're hungry to get better and want to work on ads that actually scale, we want to hear from you.
To apply, send me:
→ The DTC brands you've worked with
→ Your portfolio
→ A short intro on who you are (best if it's a Loom)
