Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

We are hiring a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, but this is for a SPECIFIC person!

You must have experience in de-escalating tense situations. This is not a strictly admin/filing role. Your job is onboarding homeowners who sign a contract and keeping them on board all the way to closing. There will also be some additional work to do as we are a start-up; essentially, you are freeing up the owner to be on the phone selling 10hr/day. You must have very good English and be extremely comfortable on the phone!

Examples just this week from two clients: "I'm not closing on this now I know there is a $10,000 lien on this property" (she signed a contract that says all liens are to be paid by her) and "I need at least 30 days. This is all moving too fast. I need to call the bank and make sure i can sell this and not be responsible for mortgage payment after closing" (His contract says he'd provide access within 24hr and also he's 15 months behind on mortgage payments).
