About the Role

My name is Dan and I own a U.S. real estate investment company.

Over the next few years, I plan to build a significant operation in the Philippines and eventually relocate to BGC. I am not looking for someone to simply manage a few people.

I am looking for someone to help me build the sales organization.

Initially, this will be you and me working closely together—remote at first and then eventually in-office in BGC. My goal is to stay in the revenue-generating seat while you build the sales infrastructure.

The objective is simple: help recruit, train, and develop the first 10 acquisitions reps... and then the next 10 after that.

I do not want to micromanage.

I want to teach the process, lead by example, and then empower you to build and lead the team.

I don't want a caretaker.

I want a builder.

What I'm Looking For

You MUST have:

U.S. Real Estate Investing experience.
Acquisitions (motivated seller) experience.
Sales management or team leadership experience.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong understanding of KPIs and accountability.
Personality fit is critical.

I am looking for someone who naturally thrives in a direct, performance-driven sales culture.

You should be comfortable:

Asking difficult questions.
Challenging excuses.
Holding sales reps accountable.
Giving direct feedback.
Pushing for decisions instead of waiting.
Leading from the front.
Being measured by results.

I respect kindness and professionalism, but this is a performance-driven environment. We solve problems, make decisions, and move quickly.

If your long-term goal is to build, lead, and leave your mark on an organization instead of simply collecting a paycheck, I think you'll enjoy working with me.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coach acquisitions reps.
Review recorded sales calls.
Improve scripts and objection handling.
Track KPIs and team performance.
Recruit and onboard new reps.
Build training systems.
Work directly with me to scale the business.
Help create the culture and standards that future sales teams will follow.

This is NOT for you if:

You have never worked in U.S. REI.
You avoid difficult conversations.
You need constant direction.
You are uncomfortable being measured by performance.
You prefer politics over performance.

This IS for you if:

You want to build something meaningful.
You think sales is a meritocracy.
You enjoy coaching and developing people.
You want real responsibility instead of a corporate title.
You want to help build an elite acquisitions team from the ground up.
To Apply

Please send:

Your resume.
A 2-3 minute video introducing yourself.
A summary of your U.S. REI experience.
How many acquisitions reps you have personally managed.
The CRMs and dialers you have used.
Your expected monthly compensation.

Bonus Question:

What do you do when a salesperson tells you:

"The seller just wasn't motivated."

I'm looking for someone who wants to help build a long-term organization, not just fill a seat.
