Email marketing/Campaigns

We're Cleared, a fast-growing men's skincare brand selling on Shopify. Email is one of our biggest revenue channels, and we're looking for a full-time specialist to own it end to end.

What You'll Do

Manage our email marketing full time: daily sends, flows, and list health
Plan, build, and launch seasonal campaigns for Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day, and other key sales moments
Design and build email templates from scratch that are on-brand, mobile-friendly, and ready to send
Set up and optimize automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back)
Write or adapt email copy and subject lines
Segment the list and A/B test subject lines, offers, and layouts
Track open rate, click rate, revenue per recipient, and deliverability, and report results weekly
Build a campaign calendar and have seasonal campaigns ready well before launch

Requirements

2+ years of email marketing experience for ecommerce / DTC brands
Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (Omnisend or Mailchimp is a plus)
Able to design and build templates yourself, not just schedule sends
Experience running BFCM / holiday campaigns with real results you can show
Understanding of segmentation, flows, and deliverability basics
Good written English
Reliable internet and availability during US Central business hours

Nice to Have

Shopify experience
Canva or Figma skills
Skincare, beauty, or men's grooming brand experience
SMS marketing experience (Klaviyo SMS / Postscript)
