Real Estate Lead Generation & Virtual Assistan

We are a busy Ontario Real Estate Broker looking for an experienced Real Estate Lead Generation & Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term.
We are looking for someone who is confident, organized, proactive, and experienced in generating and following up with real estate leads.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified buyer, seller, investor, and real estate leads
Research prospects using LinkedIn, Google, social media, and online directories
Make outbound calls and follow up with leads using a Canadian phone number
Follow up through phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and email
Manage and update leads in Follow Up Boss CRM
Contact new leads quickly and consistently
Book appointments for the Real Estate Broker
Build and maintain prospect databases
Perform email outreach and follow-up campaigns
Research Ontario properties, markets, businesses, and prospects
Assist with REALM/MLS property searches where authorized
Create basic Facebook and Instagram posts
Assist with Facebook /Instagram lead-generation campaigns
Maintain accurate notes, follow-up dates, and client information
Prepare daily/weekly lead-generation and follow-up reports
Must Have
Minimum 2 years of lead-generation experience
Previous experience working with Real Estate Agents, Brokers, or Real Estate Companies
Good understanding of the Ontario/Canadian real estate market
Excellent written and spoken English
Comfortable speaking professionally with Canadian clients
Experience with Follow Up Boss or similar CRM
Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, Google Search, and social media
Experience with email outreach tools
Basic knowledge of lead scraping/prospecting tools
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Reliable computer and high-speed internet
Ability to work during Toronto/Ontario business hours
