WHAT YOU WILL DO

Find leads with Prospeo and Apollo: search by job title, industry and country, export the lists.
Qualify and clean those lists with Claude (AI): remove bad fits, duplicates and people we already contacted, verify the emails.
Load the clean lists into Instantly, set up the campaign, paste the email sequence, check the settings.
Keep Instantly healthy: watch bounce rates, mailbox warmup, run the weekly inbox placement test, replace tired sending domains (Zapmail, Dynadot).
Pull weekly numbers from Instantly and Google Ads into our client portal and prepare the client report.
Check client websites (Lovable) and ads accounts weekly: forms and booking links work, ads are spending.

Instantly, Prospeo, Apollo, Claude, Google Ads, Google Sheets, Zapmail, our own portal. Experience with Instantly or Prospeo is a big plus. We teach the rest.
