Production VA | YouTube Production & Basic Video Editing

We are hiring a Production VA to help create and publish videos across our YouTube channels.

You will use AI tools and our own production software, make basic video edits, and keep uploads organized and on schedule. We will teach you our tools and workflow. In return, we expect dedication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

What you will do

Generate scripts and voiceovers using provided titles
Create videos with our production software
Upload videos to YouTube
Keep files and task updates organized
Check views, click-through rate, average watch time, and comments.

What we are looking for

Basic CapCut editing skills and familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
Good spoken English and the ability to follow written instructions.
Reliable communication, attention to detail, and the ability to apply feedback.
A reliable computer (>= 16gb RAM) and stable internet suitable for editing and uploading videos (>= 100mbps)
Full-time availability and long-term commitment.
Previous YouTube production experience is a plus.

You do not need to know every tool before joining, but you should be ready to learn and take responsibility for your work.

Salary: $400 USD/month with possibility to grow in the team
