Job title: Senior AI Automation Engineer (n8n, APIs, Claude/GPT, Shopify, Odoo) (Full-time)

Type of work: Full-time, remote, long-term (occasional in-person work sprints)
Salary: USD 2,000–3,500 / month, depending on experience (+ performance bonus)

About us
We are an international group running e-commerce brands (DTC), a cosmetics factory, and sourcing and trading operations across Tunisia, the UAE, China and the Philippines. We are building an AI-powered operating system for the whole group and need a senior engineer to design, build and run it. This is not a learning role: you already live in automations and AI agents.

What you will build

Automation backbone: production-grade workflows in n8n (or Make) connecting our tools, with error handling, logging and monitoring.
Sales reconciliation: end-to-end tracking from Meta Ads to WooCommerce/Shopify to Odoo, to measure real ROAS on cash actually collected (COD).
Integrations: Meta Marketing API and Conversions API, Shopify and WooCommerce APIs, Odoo (XML-RPC/JSON-RPC), Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business.
AI agents: Claude and GPT-based agents for ad monitoring, landing page checks, product research, reporting and anomaly detection.
MCP connectors: let the founder query and pilot operations in natural language from Claude.
Documentation & ownership: every workflow documented, every account in the company's name, and handover-ready at all times.

Must have

4+ years building automations in production (n8n, Make or Zapier at advanced level)
Strong API skills: REST, webhooks, OAuth, JSON, plus JavaScript or Python for custom nodes and scripts
Hands-on experience with Shopify or WooCommerce, and with the Meta Ads API or Conversions API
Real projects with LLMs (Claude and/or OpenAI): agents, prompt chains, tool use
A portfolio of live workflows you can show and explain
Excellent written English, autonomous and reliable

Strong plus

Odoo integration experience
MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers
COD e-commerce, or MENA / Gulf markets
Self-hosting (Docker, VPS) for n8n

Paid diagnostic (fixed fee): analyze our Meta, WooCommerce and Odoo setup and propose a reconciliation architecture.
Paid trial (2–4 weeks): build the first version, then move to a full-time contract.
