About the Role

Client Experience Coach (Health & Fitness)

Company: REAL Training Type: Part-time, 20 hours/week (4 hours/day, 5 days/week) Pay: $300 to $600 per month, with room to grow into more hours over time Reports to: Jenny & Ben (Co-Founders)

About Us

We run a health and fitness transformation program that helps clients change their bodies, their mindset, and their lives. Our clients trust us to guide them through a full journey, and the experience we give them is everything. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes health and fitness to become the heartbeat of our client experience.

What You'll Actually Do

This is not a vague "coaching support" role. Here is the real work, week in and week out.

Manage a roster of clients. You will own the day to day relationship with your clients. That means responding to their messages inside our platform within 24 hours on weekdays, checking in when they go quiet, celebrating their wins, and catching the warning signs of someone about to fall off before they actually do. You are the person they think of when they think of REAL Training.

Build individualized programs. You will create and adjust training programs and nutrition frameworks based on each client's intake data, goals, injury history, schedule, equipment access, and food preferences. You will revise these programs as clients progress or stall. A program you wrote in week one should not still be running unchanged in week eight.

Prepare weekly check in reports. Every client submits a weekly check in. You will review their numbers, photos, training logs, food logs, sleep, energy, and notes, then write back a personalized response that tells them what is working, what is not, exactly what changes to make this week, and why. These reports are the single most visible thing we deliver. They need to be thoughtful, specific, and on time every single week.

Run challenges. We run recurring challenges to drive engagement and results. You will help plan them, write the daily prompts and content, track participation on a leaderboard, answer questions in the group, keep energy high, and announce and reward winners.

Keep fulfillment trackers current. You will update our client trackers daily so the founders always know where every client stands: onboarding status, check in completion, program phase, progress metrics, engagement level, and renewal risk. If it is not in the tracker, it did not happen.

Onboard new clients successfully. You will run the onboarding sequence for every new client: welcome message, intake review, kickoff call or kickoff message, app and platform setup, baseline measurements, expectation setting, and first program delivery. Every new client should be fully set up and training inside their first week.

And more. This is a small team and an early stage program. You will also help improve our templates, content library, SOPs, and the program itself as we learn what works. If you see something broken, we want you to fix it, not report it and wait.

Requirements
Fluent, natural spoken and written English. You will be talking to clients directly, on video and in writing, every day.
Strong communicator. You can explain a complicated nutrition or training concept to someone with zero background and have them actually understand it and act on it.
You live an active, fit life yourself. You train consistently, you eat in a way you would be comfortable teaching, and you can speak from experience and not just theory. Our clients can tell the difference.
Reliable and organized. Weekly check ins do not slide. Trackers do not go stale.
Comfortable working independently across time zones with async communication.
Certifications

You do not need to be a Registered Dietitian. What we care about far more is that you can coach real people to real results.

That said, high level nutrition and fitness certifications are strongly preferred. Examples of what stands out: NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA CSCS, Precision Nutrition L1 or L2, ISSN, FDN-P, functional or holistic nutrition credentials, or equivalent. Tell us what you hold and what you actually use from it.

Nice to Have
Experience coaching clients online at scale, not just one on one in a gym
Comfort inside coaching platforms, Google Sheets, and messaging tools
Experience running group challenges or community engagement
Content creation ability for challenge prompts and educational material
How to Apply

Send us a Loom video, 3 to 5 minutes, that covers:

Who you are and what your own health and fitness life looks like right now
Your certifications and coaching experience, including how many clients you have managed at once
Walk us through how you would write a weekly check in report for a client who lost zero pounds this week but hit every workout
Why you want this role specifically

Attach your resume and any certifications alongside the Loom.

Applications without a Loom will not be reviewed.
