Creative Strategist / AI Video Creator / Video Editor (Facebook Ads)

We run several fast-growing Shopify stores (wellness, sleep, oral care, home) and spend daily on Facebook , Instagram, and TikTok ads. Creative is our #1 growth lever. We need one person who can come up with winning ad ideas, create scenes with AI, and edit them into high-converting short-form video ads.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Creative Strategy

• Study winning ads in our niches and break down why they work (hook, angle, pacing, offer)
• Turn those insights into new concepts, scripts, and 3-5 hook variations per ad
• Review ad performance with us weekly and double down on what wins

AI Video Creation

• Build and run ComfyUI workflows for image and video generation (Flux, Wan, LoRAs, ControlNet, upscaling, face and product consistency)
• Use AI video and image tools like Kling, Veo, Seedance, Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, and Nano Banana to create scenes, product shots, and b-roll
• Create AI voiceovers and sound with ElevenLabs or similar
• Upscale and clean up footage (Topaz or similar) so AI shots look native and believable, never fake or low quality

Video Editing

• Edit 15-25 short-form ads per week (9:16 and 4:5) from product footage, UGC clips, and AI-generated video
• Add clean captions, motion text, and sound design, and keep text inside platform safe zones
• Deliver ready-to-upload files and keep projects organized so anything can be re-cut quickly

YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU

• Have a portfolio of direct-response ads (not just vlogs, weddings, or YouTube edits)
• Are fast in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
• Have hands-on ComfyUI experience (building or customizing workflows is a big plus)
• Keep up with new AI models and test them before anyone else
• Understand hooks, pacing, and why the first 3 seconds matter
• Can hit weekly output targets and work mostly on your own
• Care about quality: no watermarks, no obvious AI mistakes, nothing off-brand
