What You'll Do

As a Full-Stack Developer at MSTR, you'll:

• Transform AI concepts into reality: Take proofs-of-concept and build production-ready applications
• Build modern web applications: Create responsive front-end (React) and robust REST APIs (Python/FastAPI)
• Integrate AI services: Connect AI models and services into seamless user experiences
• Collaborate with experts: Work alongside back-end developers, data scientists, and AI specialists
• Solve real problems: Proactively identify issues and propose elegant solutions
• Grow continuously: Learn new technologies, expand your skills, take on bigger challenges

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

• 1-3 years full-stack development experience
• Modern JavaScript/TypeScript** (React or similar frameworks)
• RESTful API development** (Python back-end strongly preferred)
• Strong problem-solving abilities** and attention to detail
• Excellent English communication** (written and verbal)
• Growth mindset: Eager to learn, improve, and tackle new challenges
• Long-term focus: Looking for a career, not just a job

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with: FastAPI, Pydantic, Instructor
• Cloud platforms: Azure, GCP, or AWS
• DevOps tools: Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines
• Database experience: PostgreSQL
• AI/ML curiosity or experience
• Git version control

• Hosting: Upload to Google Drive, Dropbox, YouTube (unlisted), or similar
