Meta Ads Specialist – Help Us Grow a Thriving CrossFit Gym (and Physio Clinic)

Do you love running Meta Ads that turn into real people walking through the door?

We're looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who wants to own the member acquisition engine for CrossFit Bairnsdale – a busy, community-driven CrossFit gym in regional Victoria, Australia.

You'll manage the full funnel: ads, leads, CRM follow-up – turning clicks into booked intro sessions and intro sessions into long-term members.

This role starts with CrossFit Bairnsdale. As you prove yourself, it will grow into managing marketing for our sister business, Strength Therapy Physio – a physiotherapy clinic under the same roof.

Full-time remote role
Salary: $1500 AUD/month
Hours: Must overlap with Australian business hours (AEST) for at least 4 hours per day

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Building, running and improving Meta Ads campaigns for our intro offer, 8-Week Challenge and membership promotions
• Testing new hooks, creatives and ad copy every week, and scaling what works
• Monitoring lead flow and making sure every lead gets fast follow-up
• Managing pipelines, SMS/email automations and booking workflows in GoHighLevel
• Running reactivation campaigns for past members and past leads
• Reporting weekly on cost per lead, cost per booked intro, show-up rate and conversion to membership
• Later: running campaigns for Strength Therapy Physio, including Google Ads

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years managing Meta Ads campaigns with proven results
• Experience with GoHighLevel (we run it as "Patients on Demand," a GoHighLevel-based platform)
• Understanding of lead generation funnels and follow-up systems
• Strong written English
• Bonus: experience marketing gyms, fitness studios or health clinics
• Bonus: Google Ads experience (essential later for the physio side)

CrossFit Bairnsdale is a coached group fitness gym in Bairnsdale, Victoria, with 150+ active members. Our members are mostly everyday people, many of them women, who want to get stronger, feel confident and belong to something. No ego, no intimidation – just hard work and a community that shows up for each other.

We're owned and run by Marty and Bree, who also run Strength Therapy Physio right next door. Together, the two businesses help people go from recovery to performance under one roof. Our motto is "Stronger Together."
