Frontend Developer for Film-Production Software

About us
We are a SaaS for film, TV and commercial productions, built to organize film productions better. We are based in Central Europe and are one of the main SaaS tools in the industry here. Crews use our product on their phones (Flutter), production offices on the desktop (React).

What we need
We need someone with mid-level skills in React development but very high skills in usability and design. For a new module we need a developer who is able to set everything up, test it and improve it. You own the frontend from first sketch to tested release.

What you will do
Design first: turn written specs and short videos from the founders into screens and flows, in Figma or directly in code. Usability before decoration. Clean, calm, Apple-like clarity.
Set up the new module's frontend from scratch inside our existing product, and use AI tools in a smart way.

You should bring

2 to 4 years of experience as a developer
A very strong eye for usability and visual design: a portfolio of shipped products you designed and built yourself, not only concept work
Fluent in Figma, comfortable going from design to code without a hand-off
Clear, concise written English
