marketing consistent regular marketing

Hi! I’m looking for someone to help manage the marketing for my health spa on an ongoing basis.

My biggest goal is consistency AND getting appointments booked, especially for our esthetics department. I want our estheticians staying busy with services like HydraFacials, facials, lash lifts & tints, waxing, skincare treatments, etc.

I’m looking for someone who can help with:

• Consistently creating and scheduling Instagram & Facebook posts and Stories
• Creating Reels and short-form video content
• Building a much stronger TikTok presence
• Possibly helping us start/grow YouTube
• Creating content around openings, before & afters, education, promotions, last-minute availability, etc.
• Using Wix to send email marketing, especially when we have openings to fill
• Using Vagaro to send text marketing to our existing clients when we have a lot of availability
• Helping create an actual marketing strategy instead of just randomly posting

We already have a good-sized existing client base, so I really want someone who understands how to market to BOTH our current clients and new clients.

Have you worked directly with Vagaro and Wix before?

Also, do you have experience marketing for spas, estheticians, salons, med spas, beauty businesses, or other appointment-based businesses?

My goal is pretty simple: I want to see full esthetician schedules — HydraFacials booked all day, lash lifts & tints booked, facials booked, and consistent new clients coming in.
