Video Editor

I am looking for an editor who is familiar with Shopify dropshipping and can produce high-converting video ads.
I sell in the German-speaking markets, so I need someone who has a good understanding of languages, is really familiar with AI, has a high IQ, and has an eye for detail. You should be able to create video scenes that are engaging and not boring.
You should also be familiar with social media and current trends, including trending sounds and audio.
You will receive the concept, copywriting, instructions, and video concept from me. I am the creative strategist who conducts the research. I just need someone who can bring my ideas to life.

I need a video editor who can work part-time for approximately 2 hours per day.

You will get the AI Tools which are needed from me. You don't need to pay for editing apps.

Payment:
USD 6 per hour
Additional revenue share if your ads generate a high ROAS (return on ad spend)
At a ROAS of 3 or higher: bonus
