We are hiring a Construction Bid Estimator & Project Bid Finder to find construction projects for us to bid on daily and help prepare accurate bids.

We are looking for someone who is smart, fast, accurate, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Search daily for construction projects we can bid on
• Review bid opportunities and project documents
• Read construction plans and specifications
• Help prepare estimates and bids
• Keep track of bid deadlines and submissions
• Follow up on submitted bids
• Keep bidding opportunities organized
• Communicate with contractors and our team as needed

Requirements

• Quick learner
• Able to work independently
• Fast and accurate
• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working with numbers
• Able to learn new software and bidding websites
• Able to read, write, and speak English clearly

You do not need to know every bidding platform or estimating program. If you are a quick learner and understand the basics of construction estimating and bidding, we are willing to consider you.
