Photorealistic AI Image & Video Artist / Photo Compositing Specialist

Full-Time | Remote | $3–$6 USD/hour

We are looking for a skilled photo editor/compositing artist with experience using generative AI for images and video.

Our work is focused specifically on photorealism. We are not looking for anime, illustration, fantasy artwork, or obviously AI-generated imagery. The goal is to produce images and video that look believable, natural, and photographic.

What We Are Looking For

Traditional photo editing and compositing experience is the most important part of this position.

You should have experience with professional photo-editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or equivalent tools, particularly:

• Masking and precise selections
• Inpainting / image reconstruction
• Background replacement
• Object replacement
• Lighting and shadow matching
• Photo compositing
• Creating edits that blend naturally into the original photograph

Other professional photo-editing and retouching experience is highly appreciated.

Generative AI Experience

You should also have practical experience working with generative AI for images and/or video.

We are interested in candidates who understand at least at an intermediate level the purpose and differences between workflows such as:

• Text-to-image (T2I)
• Image-to-image (Img2Img)
• Image-to-video (Img2Vid)
• Video-to-video (Vid2Vid)

Experience with AI inpainting is particularly valuable.

We are open to experience with any AI platforms, models, or workflows.

Experience with advanced tools or workflows such as ComfyUI is also welcome but not required.

Other Useful Experience

If you have experience with traditional video editing, please tell us about it and which software you use.

If you have any experience with 3D modeling, 3D animation, Blender, or related 3D workflows, please mention this as well and provide examples if possible. These skills are not required for the position, but they are appreciated.

6. 3D Experience
Do you have experience with Blender, 3D modeling, rigging, animation, rendering, or other 3D software? If yes, explain your experience and provide examples.

7. Portfolio / Examples
Please provide links or examples of any previous work that demonstrates your skills. You may include traditional photo editing, compositing, AI-generated images, AI image editing, AI video, traditional video editing, 3D work, or anything else you believe strengthens your application.

We are particularly interested in applicants who have a strong traditional photo-editing foundation and have begun incorporating generative AI into their workflow. You do not need to be an expert in every AI platform. Strong visual judgment, photorealistic editing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new tools are important to us.
