Social Media Content Creator and Video Editor for Instagram and Tiktok

We are an established, doctor-led aesthetics and skin clinic based in Manchester, UK, looking for a talented Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor to join us on a part-time, long-term basis.

We are looking for someone with a genuinely strong creative eye who can take our raw footage, photographs and ideas and transform them into high-quality, polished and engaging social media content.

You will create approximately 3 posts per week, predominantly Instagram Reels/short-form video, alongside beautifully designed carousel posts. Content will also be adapted for TikTok where appropriate.

Your role will include:

• Editing raw footage into polished, engaging Reels and short-form videos
• Identifying the strongest sections of longer footage and creating compelling hooks
• Adding high-quality subtitles, text, transitions, music and other editing elements
• Creating sophisticated carousel posts using Canva and our brand assets
• Writing engaging captions in excellent, natural English
• Researching appropriate hashtags and keywords
• Keeping up to date with Instagram and TikTok trends
• Suggesting content ideas and formats to help increase reach, engagement and account growth
• Maintaining a consistent, premium visual identity across our content

Our audience is predominantly women aged 35–60. Our brand is premium, sophisticated, educational and medically led, while still warm and approachable.

We are not looking for generic or mass-produced social media content. Strong design skills, excellent attention to detail and high-quality video editing are essential.

Experience creating content for premium beauty, skincare, aesthetics, medical or lifestyle brands would be an advantage.
