We’re a growing, woman-owned wellness coaching company looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator / Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term.

This is a remote role (part-time to full-time depending on fit). We’re looking for someone long-term who can grow with us.

You will help elevate our online presence and bring content ideas to life through strong design, video editing, and storytelling.

Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Content Creation:
Create Instagram posts, carousels, and Reels
Design visually cohesive graphics
Write engaging, on-brand captions
Research trending topics and audio
Develop content ideas aligned with our brand voice
Repurpose long-form content into short-form

2.Video Editing:
Let us know what videos to shoot
Edit short-form vertical videos
Add captions, hooks, transitions, and engaging pacing
Create scroll-stopping openings
Optimize content for engagement and retention

3. Thumbnail & Social Media Design:
Design eye-catching thumbnails for Reels and video content
Maintain a cohesive aesthetic
Create branded templates for consistency
Support light brand visual refinement

4. Virtual Assistant Support:
Organize content calendars
Assist with scheduling posts
Monitor engagement and assist with responses
Conduct hashtag and competitor research
Provide support during launches or promotions

Ideal Candidate:
Have managed social media for brands (not just personal accounts)
Understand Instagram growth strategy
Can write captions that feel human and emotionally intelligent
Have strong Canva skills (CapCut, Final Cut, or similar is a bonus)
Understand clean, elevated branding
Are organized, proactive, and take initiative
Have strong written English skills

Bonus if you:

Have worked with wellness or coaching brands
Understand content psychology and hooks
Know basic analytics tracking
