E-Commerce General VA & Creative Asset Researcher

About Us:
We are a growing e-commerce company based in Hungary, currently serving customers in three EU countries and actively expanding into new markets. We’re looking for an E-Commerce General VA & Creative Asset Researcher to join our team and support our growth journey.

PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a high-end video editing or graphic design position. This is an asset management, research, and data-entry role. You will be responsible for sourcing viral ad concepts, slicing raw videos into short modular clips ("Lego blocks"), organizing Google Drive folders, and transcribing video scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ad & UGC Research: Monitor Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts to discover winning ad concepts, viral hooks, and UGC content in our niche.
• Downloading & Slicing: Download raw, watermark-free video assets and slice 1–2 minute raw videos into tight 3–5 second standalone "Lego blocks" using CapCut or Premiere Pro.
• Strict File Naming & Organization: Organize sliced clips into product-specific Google Drive folders following strict pre-approved naming protocols (e.g., HOOK_bodysuit_belly_pull_01.mp4).
• Script Transcribing: Extract transcripts/spoken words from raw videos using Google Drive's transcript tools and log them into our Master Script Google Sheet.
• General VA Tasks: Assist with basic administrative tasks, store operations, file management, and other general tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Hardware Requirements (STRICT): Minimum 16 GB RAM, a modern multi-core processor (Intel i5/i7, AMD Ryzen 5/7, or Apple M-series), and high-speed internet (50+ Mbps).
• High Attention to Detail: Ability to strictly follow step-by-step SOPs and pre-approved file naming conventions without deviation.
• Basic Tool Familiarity: Comfort with Google Drive, Google Sheets, Meta Ad Library, TikTok, and basic video trimming (CapCut or any other basic video trimming tool). No advanced video editing skills needed!
• Availability: Available to work 40 hours/week aligned with CET/CEST (Hungarian time zone) for daily alignment. TimeDoctor tracking required.
• Language: Proficient in spoken and written English.
