Remote Customer Support Representative

We are looking for reliable and motivated Remote Customer Support Representatives from the Philippines to join our growing international team.

This is a fully remote position focused on text based online communication and customer support. We are looking for people who are dependable, communicate well in English, and are comfortable working in a fast paced online environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle text based customer conversations
Respond to incoming messages in a timely manner
Follow company guidelines and internal processes
Maintain a professional standard of written communication
Work efficiently during assigned shifts
Complete basic reporting and documentation
Communicate with supervisors and other team members

Requirements:

Must be based in the Philippines
Good written English
Good communication and typing skills
Reliable computer or laptop
Stable internet connection
Able to work independently
Reliable and punctual
Willing to learn and follow instructions
Previous remote work or customer support experience is an advantage, but not required
