Social Media Manager (Instagram & Facebook) - Health & Wellness Brands

37 Projects is a podcast and YouTube production agency. We work with doctors and health experts from the US, UK and Australia.

Our clients want to grow on Instagram and Facebook . We need a Social Media Manager who can plan the strategy AND do the daily work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Build and run an Instagram and Facebook strategy for 3 health and wellness clients
• Turn podcast episodes into Reels, carousels and posts
• Write captions and hooks
• Post every day and schedule content
• Reply to comments and DMs
• Track results and send a weekly report

WHAT WE NEED:

• At least 2 years managing Instagram and Facebook for brands
• Real results you can show with numbers
• Strong written English
• Good with Canva, CapCut and Meta Business Suite
• Stable internet and a backup for power and internet
• Full-time, no other job

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with health, fitness or wellness brands
• LinkedIn experience
• You use AI tools in your work

SALARY: PHP 35,000 - 45,000 per month, based on experience.
