Full-Time VA - Start Today: Archive Online Courses (YouTube + Google Drive)

URGENT: IMMEDIATE START. 10 to 12 hours per day.

I am a physiotherapist and osteopath in France. I bought several online courses in English and want to archive them for my personal use only. Nothing will be published.

For each video:
1. Screen record the video with audio (OBS Studio, free), or record audio only when asked.
2. Upload it to my YouTube channel as PRIVATE. Title format: Course - Module 01 - Lesson 01 - Title
3. The next day, download the automatic English subtitles from YouTube Studio (.txt or .srt).
4. Translate the file into French with DeepL or Google Translate (document mode).
5. Save the English text, the French text and all course materials (PDFs, handouts) in my Google Drive, using the folder structure I provide.
6. Fill in the index spreadsheet: course, module, lesson, title, YouTube link, file links.

Requirements:

• Available to start IMMEDIATELY
• Available 10 to 12 hours per day
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Stable internet connection and a computer able to screen record
• Comfortable with YouTube Studio and Google Drive
• Basic written English is enough

Pay: $4 to $5 per hour. We start with a paid test on one course. More work possible afterwards if it goes well.
