YouTube Scriptwriter & Content Producer (AI & Software Tutorial)

ABOUT THE JOB:
We run YouTube channels focused on software and AI tool tutorials, reviews & comparisons (Higgsfield, OpenArt, GoHighLevel, Claude, ChatGPT, and similar tools). We're looking for a Content Producer who understands why some tutorial/review videos retain viewers and others don't, and can write, record, and voice content that sounds like Ali Abdaal, Alex Hormozi, Kane Kallaway, or Iman Gadzhi, but uniquely us.

We need a minimum of 8 videos/month (about 2 per week, with room to scale). Videos are typically 8-12 minutes long.

HOW IT WORKS:
We send you a short brief on a topic/tool. We provide you with all the tools, so you can test it yourself, write the steps and script, record clean screen footage, and generate the voiceover (ElevenLabs clone) and avatar (HeyGen). You submit to our review team, who pass it to the editors. You won't use your own voice or appear on camera, both are AI generated.

YOU WILL:

• Learn each tool/topic quickly and test it yourself before writing
• Write accurate steps and a script built for retention (pacing, hooks, natural tone)
• Record high quality footage matching the script (clean cursor, steady pace, 1080p+)
• Generate and quality control the voiceover and avatar, fixing any glitches or mismatched tone
• Flag anything in the brief that's wrong, outdated, or doesn't work
• Help ideate video topics, titles, and thumbnail concepts
• Follow our templates/naming conventions, fix review feedback quickly, report daily progress via ----------

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong written English (this matters most)
• YouTube scriptwriting experience, ideally in software/AI/SaaS content
• Screen recording experience (OBS, Loom, Camtasia, or similar)
• Sharp attention to detail (steps, voiceover, and avatar must all be clean)
• Reliable setup for 1080p+ recording, and responsive daily communication

NICE TO HAVE:

• Prior tutorial/how-to/YouTube experience
• Familiarity with AI tools, SaaS, or marketing software
• Experience with ElevenLabs, HeyGen, or similar tools

WORKING SETUP:
Paid tools (including our ElevenLabs/HeyGen accounts) provided via shared login, monitored, for our content only. Each brief has a ~3-day deadline; hours are flexible but you must be reachable on ---------- within a day.

PAY:
$75-$125 per approved video (covers script, steps, recording, voiceover, and avatar), guaranteed minimum 8/month. More volume coming as we scale. Rates for that discussed once we get there. Top performers get first access to extra work.
