Video Editor & Automation Specialist VA (Remote)

We run paid ad campaigns at AdsRonin. You'll be editing video creatives and building automations that keep our operations running without someone holding your hand.

What you'll do:

• Edit short-form and long-form video ad creatives (UGC-style, direct response, testimonials) for Google and YouTube
• Build and maintain automations in GoHighLevel and Zapier
• Troubleshoot workflow issues independently — figure it out, fix it, move on
• Support media buying operations (asset organization, reporting, light account checks)

What we need:

• 3+ years video editing experience — you know Premiere Pro, DaVinci, CapCut, and more than one or two tools
• Real experience with GoHighLevel and/or Zapier (not just "familiar with")
• Engineering or IT degree preferred — we want someone who thinks like a problem solver, not a task executor
• Google Ads knowledge is a plus
• Available full-time Monday–Friday, 8PM–4AM PHT

What we don't want:

• Someone who needs step-by-step instructions for everything
• Someone who only knows one or two editing tools
• Someone learning automation for the first time

Starting rate: $4/hr with fast growth tied to performance. Direct exposure to ad accounts spending $20K–$1M+/month.
