Video Editor for Meta Ads — Remote | Base Salary + Performance Incentives

We’re looking for a video editor who truly understands performance creatives. Not someone who simply cuts clips, but someone who analyzes creatives, understands what works and what doesn’t, and edits accordingly.

This is a 100% remote role, offering a base salary plus the opportunity to earn a percentage of ad spend in the near future.

You’ll own the entire editing process. Your work won’t get stuck in endless review cycles (we go from brief to live test in less than 7 days). You’ll work directly with the founder, and you’ll never have to wonder who’s responsible for what.

About Us

We’re a small team just getting started.

We move fast and don’t do things halfway. For now, the brand you’ll be working with operates in the hygiene, health, and fashion niches. The videos you create will need to be in Spanish and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Edit direct-response video ads for Meta.
• Analyze creative performance data and quickly iterate on winning concepts.
• Work closely with the creative strategist and the founder.
• Deliver 15–25 minutes of edited video per week.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience editing paid social video ads for Meta.
• Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, and other AI tools.
• Fluent English.
