Accounting Clerk

Redbarn Pet Products, LLC is, a U.S.-based pet products company, is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our accounting team with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, data entry, and month-end activities.

Responsibilities
*Reconcile customer invoices and account balances in SAP.
*Assist with AR cleanup and reconciliations.
*Enter journal vouchers and maintain accurate accounting records.
*Assist with customer payments, credit memos, and customer follow-up.
*Communicate with customers as needed.
*Support month-end closing and other accounting projects.
*Help identify opportunities to improve accounting processes.

Qualifications
*3-5 years of AR experience preferred.
*Experience with account reconciliations.
*SAP experience required
*Experience with Concur, QuickBooks, Peachtree, or Smartsheet is a plus.
*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
*Good written and verbal English communication skills.
*Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
*Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
