About the Role
We're a growing online store looking for a Customer Support VA.
What you'll do:
- Answer customer email s (order status, tracking, returns, refunds)
- Check and update orders in Shopify
- Follow up on open cases
Requirements:
- E-commerce customer support experience (Shopify is a plus)
- Good written English, German is a plus (translation tools are fine)
- Reliable and organized
- Available during European business hours
